- Clients are encouraged to seek the advice of their healthcare provider or physician before making any health-related decisions.
- Konxja Consulting LLC, Selena Glenn, and any associates do not provide medical services, and advice offered should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
- No Liability for Damages
- You agree that Konxja Consulting LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from applying the information provided during coaching sessions.
- The Company is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client based on coaching sessions and advice provided, including any adverse effects resulting from lifestyle, health, or wellness changes.
- Confidentiality
- All personal and health information shared during coaching will remain confidential unless you provide explicit consent for disclosure.
- No Guarantees
- While we strive to offer the best guidance, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of our coaching sessions.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or failure to show up for the session, will result in no refund for that session.
- Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms of Service apply to all consulting services provided by Konxja Consulting LLC. By engaging in consulting services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

- Konxja Consulting LLC provides consulting services related to MRI patient care, customer service, conflict resolution, health and wellness, and related areas.
- Consulting services are advisory in nature and do not include professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
- The Client is responsible for implementing any recommendations, and Konxja Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice or suggestions.
- No Liability
- The Client agrees that Konxja Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the information provided during consultations.
- This includes, but is not limited to, business losses, client issues, or any changes made to operations as a result of consulting recommendations.
- No Guarantees
- Konxja Consulting LLC makes no guarantees regarding the success or effectiveness of any consulting services provided.
- Results vary depending on the Client’s specific situation and the implementation of the advice given.
- Confidentiality
- All information shared by the Client will remain confidential unless express permission is provided for disclosure.
- Konxja Consulting LLC will not disclose any private information unless required by law.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations for consulting services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel within 24 hours or failure to attend the scheduled session will result in no refund for that consultation.
- Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full before the start of any consulting project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Client agrees to the consulting fees as outlined in the service contract or pricing section.
- Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by Konxja Consulting LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client is granted a limited license to use these materials as needed for the duration of the consulting relationship.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and County of Multnomah, and any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
